Car Insurance on Audi TT

Hey - does anyone know if the Audi TT is any lower in insurance since it has the "backseats".

The backseats are a total joke..nobody could actually fit back there unless they were folded in half. The dealer claimed that this was to lower insurance and make it not a sportscar or something.

Any info would be appreciated - considering purchasing a TT

In California it is still considered a sports car. Even with rear seats. But here you can drive a Yugo ( do the still make those things?) :) and your insurance would be high.
