This is How You Stop the President's Limo

At the risk of bringing down the wrath of the secret Service, I have discovered the secret of stopping the presidential Limo. What horrible information am I about to unleash on an unsuspecting world? What manner of weapon could cause the presidential limo, "The Beast' a car famous for being almost impervious. After his recent Visit to Ireland, the presidents limo "the Beast" was stopped dead in it's tracks by..a speed bump.
